Semi-intensive driving courses
Sometimes it is necessary to learn to drive in a short space of time. You may need to drive for a new job or want to fit lessons into a holiday period. We can help you work to a specific deadline.
Learning to drive in one or two weeks is a bad idea. Intensive driving courses utilise short-term memory, which means the brain stores and manipulates information temporarily. This makes successful candidates more of a safety risk than those that take their lessons over a longer period.
Semi-intensive courses are a much safer way of learning to drive. With two or three two-hour lessons per week the knowledge and skills are retained whilst learning at a steady pace.
Pupils taking intensive courses should take the Pass Plus course ASAP after they pass their practical test.
